Admission And Withdrawals
Grace School welcomes students who demonstrate academic potential and align with our values of excellence, integrity, and community. Our admission process is designed to be transparent and fair for all applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
- The child should be 3 years 10 months old as on 01-06-2016 to be eligible for admission into LKG class.
- Every child for admission should be introduced in person by parents/guardians who will be responsible for his/her conduct, studies and fees.
Important Documents Required
- Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form
- Certificate of birth issued by the register of births
- Students seeking admission for 2nd standard and above should produce the transfer certificate from the school last attended
- Schedule caste or schedule tribe students shall produce caste certificate to that effect
Transfer Certificates
- In the case of admission of pupils coming from other primary schools, the date of birth furnished in the transfer certificate will be taken as correct.
- No transfer certificate will be issued to pupil whose fees are not paid.
- Pupils joining or leaving in the middle of the term shall pay fees for the full term.
- They must settle all dues before seeking a transfer certificate (T.C.) from the school.
Age Verification
For all new admissions, the original birth certificate must be presented for verification. The age recorded at the time of first admission will remain unchanged throughout the child's stay at Grace School.
